Illegitimate Rule =Illegitimate Election ! The Military Junta has created Burma as a Country with out Law and order and by doing so they control the courts to be used as tools of abuse to control the Burmese People . They arrest innocent persons on false charges to maintain the grip on power and be unaccountable for their crimes against Humanity . As the for those who challenge the system (case in point) Democratic activist are routinely arrested for no other reason than not being submissive and to challenge the Junta in a free and fair election. The Junta uses groups they created the USDA and Arr Ar Swan (Masters of Force) as a first measure to instill fear thru violence such as beatings with wooden clubs which often result in death , if one cannot be found or has fled the country the thugs also subject all family members to the same abuses as an attempt to silence any Political Rivals in exile or hiding . The Regime Illegitimate Rule has went uncheck for decades now it is up to UN and world Leaders to take a stand on the side of Justice for concern for Humanity and end the Crisis in Burma once and forever .
