THE CRETINISM OF BURMA'S POLITICAL SITUATION
IN 2009.
(PART-D)
The attention of 2010-election will be (1) to remain Daw Aung Sann Su Kyi's N.L.D party,(2) to do finally N.L.D into the weak party by oppressing,arresting,killing,sentencing,non-co operating of mass & global democratic forces,dividing&persuading on carrot & stick policy,(3) to change Athenian's arm forces into the border guards by dividing between the leading parties & arm forces,(4) to damage National revolutionary arm forces by offensive struggles because Myanmar junta regime can'nt accept absolutely the rights on Athenians' autonomy,(5) to change their Kyintphwint organization as the national politic party which can be wined absolutely by their forced supporting,(6) to select their special military officers for 25% sharing of MPs,(7) to pre nominate the faithful presidents of junta regime on the skillful war,politic & administration,(8) to build up the back bone parties by diving & persuading tactics,(9) to control carefully the activity of NLD & National unity party(NUP),(10) to place their faithful persons for arrangement & security of 2010-election,(11) to count & announce the desired tickets under their controls,(12) to win 25% military officers + Kyintphwint party+ their back bone parties = at least 80% Mps for 2010-election,(13) to do the preconditions & the after condition of 2010-election by step by step,(14) to call MPs' Hluttaw (Assembly) & to state power transfer under S.P.D.C's saved side forced arrangement,(or) to do 2010-election & state power transferring by their so called interring government.
So,Myanmar Junta Regime have slow & steady arrange their precondition's process of it and divide & persuade global democratic forces through their money slaved back bones and the global democratic governments' recognizances too with the supports of International detectors' governments but N.L.D with Burma's democratic forces could do the democratic right road map on Shwegonedine's conference with the democratic preconditions on Releasing of Daw Aung Sann Su Kyi &all Political prisoners, Acknowledgment of 90-elected results, Tri-talks , Next election of image with Preparing of 2010- military slaved constitution and could save all national peoples' leader-Aung Sann Su Kyi from Insein prison to her house's limited permission by the endeavors of Internal democratic forces & the global democratic forces among the oppressing,killing,arresting,sentencing of democratic forces and could build up back N.L.D by U Win Tin's leading and U.S.A with U.N, Global democratic countries could change the new applied tactics on Carrot & Stick policy to become the strong new democratic united Burma with multi-parties system in 2009.
But some military junta regime's back bones changed toward military's slaved road map against 90-elected people's results and we saw these military's slaved back bones in 1962/1989(For example! Some rebellions became the back bones of junta regime(Cham Aye(a) Mg Susann,Mya -Khat- Shein,U Thein Pe Myint,Tha Khin Soe and extra ) and Some governors became the democratic revolutionary leaders(U Nu,General Letyar and General Kyaw Zaw) and so we can see military's slaved back bones-ChanAye,Mya-Khat-Shein,U TheinPeMyint,Thakhin Soe who disappeared with Military detector-General Ne Win on Burma's history but our national leader-General Aung Sann with democratic hero's will always place in the nobble spirits of our national peoples with the greatest long long history till to the end period of world.

Theory; Our democratic peace united modern developed world has existed on the negation, damage & unity of contradictions and so every contractions can finally conclude with three methods on (1) one aspect has to win another aspect between two appositive aspects on contradiction,(2) damaging of two aspects between two appositive aspects on cotradiction,(3) unity of two aspects between appositive aspects on contraction and the conclusions of contraction have used to exist on the first & second methods if the biggest external pressures less but If the biggest external pressure became, the contractions have used to conclude on the third method and two aspects on friend ed contraction used to unity always but two aspects on enemy ed contractions used to always apposite,negate,damage & win.
In Cold war, there were two world policy which is Socialist world out look & Capital world out look(For example! Two thoughts of SOVIET UNION & U.S.A with others) and then Mao's three worlds policy was on the first world- SOVIET's social imperialism & American's imperialism, England-Japan and China with third countries and Mao told that SOVIET is the deep fish and American is the upper fish and so,firstly! will have to attack SOVIET's imperialism and then American's imperialism too but the conclusion of the competition on the hot war between SOVIET & AMERICAN was the fallen down of SOVIET's emperor for his big war-allowances,single party detector ship centralization without democracy , human rights and Athenian's rights with Zero-option on denuclearized weapons but China used social democratic economic reforms with so called socialist marketing economy on special economics zones of four modernizations and so China might pass the current economic crisis.In this ways, the single party detector's governments tried to pass their general crisis oppressing of all nations-peoples and Myan junta regimes too and so, we shall have to approach & focus our Burma's political situation's changes with Global changes but not to separate it.
So, Myanmar junta regime tried to oppress, divide & rule all nations-peoples with their so called three duties on (1) to unity all nations,(2) to unity the union of myanmar,(3) to save their state power and measured their duties with that ruler but our democratic rightist's forces measured with the rule on Human rights,Democratic rights, National reconciliation & modern development and our democratic leftist's forces measured with the rule on Peace, Democracy, National solidarity & the building of the strong united new Burma with multi-parties system.
Conclusion; So, Let us approach & focus our Burma's political current situations in 2009.Junta regime continued to oppress,arrest, kill, sentence all nations-peoples with their civil war,unjustified courts & prisons and change national democratic revolutionary forces in to their border security guards after the damaging of Athenian's autonomy rights and force to arrange & military-slave systematically always all nations-peoples with 2008-constitution towards 2010-election on their 7-steps road map but they did'nt yet compromise efficiently the tri-talks of the results on the meeting discussion and so, you can conclude Burma's current political situation in 2009 what's the progressive on human rights, democratic rights, national reconciliation & the united modern development (0r) Peace,Democracy,national solidarity & the strong new democratic united Burma with multi-parties system but we shall have to think that Daw Aung Sann Su Kyi with N.L.D could prepare some things on Shwegonedine's political declaration with Internal democratic forces & global democratic forces and so, we will see recently the results of non-violent competed field between Tiger & Elephant in 2010 but we would like to notify our all Burma's national people's democratic forces that we did'nt get our democratic rights from myanmar junta regimes without the big national mass's non-violent struggles.
Let to get democratic victories with all Burma's national people's democratic united powers.

Burma Democratic Concern (BDC) is launching “Yes We Can” Campaign in order to speed up democratisation process in Burma.

We would like to invite all the justice loving people around the world to join with us working to restore democracy, human rights and rule of law in Burma where everyone can enjoy the freedom of speech, press, beliefs, assembly and rule of law that emphasizes the protection of individual rights.


1. Implement 1990 election result in Burma (HOPE)

This is the HOPE which we can defeat injustice system in Burma, this is the HOPE we can defeat military dictatorship in Burma, and this is the HOPE we can restore democracy and human rights in Burma under the leadership of Aung San Suu Kyi, the democratically elected legitimate leader of Burma.

2. Review junta’s sham 2008 constitution (CHANGE)

This is the sham constitution drawn unilaterally by junta’s handpicked delegation -- which we must CHANGE. This is the sham constitution adopted unilaterally in rigged referendum – which we must CHANGE. This is the sham constitution designed to legitimise military rule in Burma -- which we must CHANGE.

3. Boycott junta’s planned sham 2010 election (NOW)

Boycott junta’s planned sham 2010 election NOW because it is designed to nullify 1990 election result. Boycott junta’s planned sham 2010 election NOW because election will be held in accord with 2008 sham constitution. Boycott junta’s planned sham 2010 election NOW because junta is setting up everything to win its own proxy party.
