မၾကာမီရက္မ်ားတြင္ ဂ်ပန္ႏိုင္ငံ၊ တိုက်ဳိၿမိဳ႔၌က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္မည့္ အေရွ႔အာရွႏွင့္ လက္တင္အေမရိကားႏိုင္ငံမ်ား၏ ႏိုင္ငံေရး၀န္ႀကီးမ်ားအဆင့္ ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးပဲြသို႔ နအဖစစ္အုပ္စု၏ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီးဆိုသူ ဘိုဥာဏ္၀င္းတက္ေရာက္မည္ဟု သိရွိရသျဖင့္ု ဂ်ပန္ေရာက္ျမန္မာ့ဒီမိုအင္အားစုမ်ားမွ အင္အားအျပည့္ႏွင့္ ကန္႔ကြက္ဆႏၵျပဖို႔ျပင္ဆင္ေနလ်က္ရွိသည္။


၄ ႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ အေရွ႕အာရွႏွင့္ လက္တင္အေမရိကားႏိုင္ငံမ်ား၏ ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီးအဆင့္ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးပဲြ (The 4th Forum for East Asia-Latin America Cooperation (FEALAC) Foreign Ministers’ Meeting)ကို တိုက်ဳိၿမိဳ႔တြင္ ယခုလ ၁၆ ရက္(စေန)ႏွင့္ ၁၇(တနဂၤေႏြ)ေန႔မ်ားတြင္ က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္မည္ဟု ဂ်ပန္ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီးဌာန ဟုမ္းေပ့၌ထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကျငာထားၿပီး ၎အစည္းအေ၀းသို႔ ဗိုလ္ဥာဏ္၀င္းတက္ေရာက္၍ မၾကာမွီက်င္းပျပဳလုပ္မည့္ ၂၀၁၀ ေ႐ြးေကာက္ပဲြအေၾကာင္း ရွင္းလင္းတင္ျပမည္ဟုစံုစမ္းသိရွိရသည္။
ထို႔အတြက္ေၾကာင့္ ဂ်ပန္ေရာက္ျမန္မာ့ဒီမိုကေရစီအင္အားစုမ်ားမွ ၂၀၁၀ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲအတြက္ ျမန္မာျပည္သူလူထု၏သေဘာထားရပ္တည္ခ်က္ကို ဂ်ပန္အစိုးရႏွင့္တကြ ႏိုင္ငံတကာမွေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားသိရွိရန္ ဆိုင္းပုဒ္မ်ား၊ ပိုစတာမ်ားကိုင္ေဆာင္၍ ေႂကြးေၾကာ္ဆႏၵျပၾကမည္ျဖစ္သည္။ ထို႔အျပင္ အမ်ဳိးသားဒီမိုကေရစီအဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္မွ ထုတ္ျပန္ေတာင္းဆိုထားသည့္ ေ႐ႊဂံုတိုင္ေၾကျငာခ်က္ကို ဂ်ပန္-အဂၤလိပ္ႏွစ္ဘာသာ႐ိုက္ႏွိပ္၍ ျဖန္႔ေ၀မည္ဟုလည္းသိရသည္။
လံုျခံဳေရးအရ အစည္းအေ၀းက်င္းပမည့္ေနရာကို ထုတ္ျပန္ထားျခင္းမရွိေသးေသာ္လည္း တည္းခိုမည့္ေနရာမွာ Yotsuya ဘူတာအနီးရွိ New Otani Hotel(ယခင္ၾကံဖြံ႔ေခါင္းေဆာင္ဘိုေဌးဦးႏွင့္ ဘိုသိန္းစိန္တည္းခိုခဲ့သည့္ေနရာ)ျဖစ္သည္ဟု အဆိုပါဆႏၵျပပဲြကိုဦးစီးဦးေဆာင္ျပဳလုပ္မည့္ JAC ၏ထုတ္ျပန္ခ်က္တြင္ ေဖာ္ျပထားပါသည္။

ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီးအဆင့္ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးပဲြကို ၂ ႏွစ္တႀကိမ္က်င္းပေလ့ရွိၿပီး ေဒသဆိုင္ရာႏိုင္ငံေရးကိစၥရပ္မ်ားအပါအ၀င္ စိုက္ပ်ဳိးေရး, ပညာေရး, စီးပြားေရး, လူမႈေရး, သိပၸံႏွင့္နည္းပညာရပ္မ်ားကို အျပန္အလွန္ေဆြးေႏြးၾကမည္ျဖစ္သည္။

1.The 4th Forum for East Asia-Latin America Cooperation (FEALAC) Foreign Ministers’ Meeting will be held in Tokyo on January 16 (Sat) and 17 (Sun).


2.FEALAC is an international framework consisting of thirty-three countries including fifteen countries in Asia and eighteen countries in Latin America, with the purpose of strengthening cooperative relations in a wide variety of areas between Asia and Latin America. Foreign Ministers’ Meetings are generally held once every two years. The previous Foreign Ministers’ Meeting was held in 2007 in Brazil, where it was decided that the 2010 meeting would be held in Japan.


3.At the Meeting, discussions will be held on various issues facing the international community and both regions, specifically 1) environment and sustainable development, 2) economic and financial crisis, and 3) social inclusion such as reducing disparities, while also looking back on FEALAC’s activities in the ten years since it was established. Methods of promoting exchange between Asia and Latin America are also to be discussed.
